Not too many years ago, I didn’t know what garlic looked like and my 20-something diet consisted largely of tostitos and fake cheese in a jar. Now, I cook nearly all meals at home, am much more health conscious, and love testing new recipes and inspiring others to cook and love food. The purpose of this blog, mostly, is to document the fun stuff (and sometimes the fails) that I make and keep track of my recipes. But, hey, if I can inspire people to get in the kitchen and start futzing around, yay!!
